Medical disclaimer

Everything on this website is general information about aesthetic medicine. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation that any particular treatment is right for you.

All aesthetic procedures carry risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, asymmetry, pigmentary change and, rarely, vascular complications. Outcomes differ from person to person and no result is guaranteed. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you can only be established in a face-to-face consultation and clinical examination with a licensed practitioner.

This website does not advertise or promote prescription medicines. Where a medicine is referred to, it is described generically for educational purposes. Never begin, stop, or delay medical treatment because of something you read here. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 998 (UAE ambulance) or attend your nearest emergency department.

Who we are

This website is operated by Dr. Hossam Mohammed, DHA-licensed physician (Professional Licence No. 42056501-002), practising aesthetic medicine at Solea Clinic L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this notice or about your personal data, contact dr@drhossamdubai.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a minimal amount of technical data:

We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, clinical photographs, medical records, or any detailed health information. Please keep enquiries brief and share clinical detail in consultation instead.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We do not sell your data. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is handled by Dr. Hossam Mohammed and authorised clinic staff. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on their contractual data protection commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a competent regulatory authority such as the Dubai Health Authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted within 24 months. Where you become a patient, your records are retained for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations, which is currently a minimum of ten years from your last visit.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete data we no longer have a legal reason to keep, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to dr@drhossamdubai.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security and performance, and — where analytics or advertising measurement is enabled — by Google to distinguish visitors and measure campaign performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally without them.

Children

This website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Treatment of patients under 18 is undertaken only where clinically indicated and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
