Surgery taught me to respect what sits under the skin. The blood vessels in your face are exactly where they were before anyone called a treatment non-surgical, and knowing where they run is a big part of keeping an injection safe.
I start every consultation by listening. Faces differ, so treatment should too. And if a treatment won't give you what you're hoping for, I'll tell you.
I keep the list short on purpose. I only suggest a treatment when it's actually right for your face, and sometimes the honest advice is to wait, or to leave it alone.

We set aside ninety minutes, so nothing is rushed. We talk about what you'd like to change, your medical history and your routine. I don't suggest anything until I've properly looked at your face.
I write out a plan, often in stages, and we go through it together: photos, how long each step takes to settle, and exactly what it will cost.

For 14 days afterwards you can reach me directly. I see you again at two weeks and at six. Your photos stay in your medical file and are never posted anywhere.
Yes. I see you first, watch how your face actually moves, and we talk through what is bothering you. Sometimes I suggest something smaller than you came in for, and sometimes I say no. You are not committed to any treatment on the day you walk in.
For most people it settles in over about two weeks and then fades somewhere between three and four months. If you are very expressive, or you train hard, it can go sooner. This varies from person to person, which is why I review you rather than guess.
Not if we go slowly. I work to your own proportions rather than one fixed shape, and I would rather add a little and see you again than overfill in a single sitting. If you want a look that reads from across a room, I am probably not the right doctor for you.
With injectables, expect some redness and small bumps for a few hours, and bruising is possible for a few days. Peels and resurfacing ask more of you: flaking or redness for several days. I give you the honest timeline before you book, not afterwards.
Give yourself room. Botox at least three weeks ahead. Filler four to six weeks, so swelling settles and I can review you. Peels and resurfacing need longer again. Booking a few days before an event is how people end up disappointed.
Every doctor practising here holds a Dubai Health Authority licence with a number, and you can look that number up yourself on the DHA Sheryan portal. Mine is 42056501-002. Ask any clinic for the treating doctor's number, not the clinic's, before you book.
It depends on what you actually need: which product, how much of it, and how many sessions. I quote you at the consultation, before anything is agreed, so nothing arrives as a surprise later. I would rather give you the real figure than a headline one.
